Advise your preferred sending date. Note, this will be final only upon confirmation of available space. Select the target criteria based on available categories.

Modification of existing HTML:

• Send the HTML file that has already been created
• Provide details of the promotion(s) featured in the email including:
  • Travel dates
  • Purchase by date
  • Pricing
  • Itinerary information
  • Offer description
  • Images to use on the promotion(s)

Passport to create HTML:

• Send over mockup or example of general style of final look
• Provide details of the promotion(s) featured in the email including:
  • Travel dates
  • Purchase by date
  • Pricing
  • Itinerary information
  • Offer description
  • Images to use on the promotion(s)

Requirements for Broadcast Multi-Supplier Emails

These monthly emails are sent on or about the 15th of every month.

• Provide the offer you want to promote via PDF, Word doc, or a link to the offer on your website
• Headline for the offer (approximately 75 characters)
• Short introduction for the offer (2-3 sentences)

Requirements for ESP Social Media Program

• For Branding Posts, provide the approved image to be used along with your copy
• Or, select an existing Facebook post from your own page to be used
• Promotional posts follow same guidelines and link to existing supplier offers or Passport Online will create new offers as appropriate. Links are ONLY allowed to Passport Online offer detail pages.
